Return and refund policy

As our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not hold inventory. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for non-faulty items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size. Please consult our size guides carefully before purchasing.

  • Buyer's remorse (changing your mind).

  • Dissatisfaction with the colour or design (unless it significantly deviates from the product mock-up).

Our refund policy is strictly limited to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to notify us of any issues.

Faulty products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/design/size, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  1. Contact us at hello@teaselondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. You must include clear photographic evidence of the defect (e.g., misprint, tear, wrong size tag).

Upon review, if we confirm the item is faulty, we will be happy to send a replacement item. We do not require you to return the faulty item.

Non-returnable items & exceptions

As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept any items for return. All sales are final except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part, as outlined above.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers generally have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.

EXCEPTION: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our t-shirts (which are produced specifically for you, after you place your order), they are considered custom-made and personalised goods. As such, they are legally excluded from the EU's 14-day cooling-off period. We therefore do not accept cancellations or returns for EU orders.
